Meet Chef Horace.

Born and raised in Trelawny Parish, Jamaica, Horace Brown always had a love for authentic Caribbean cuisine. In 1973, Horace came to America with the dream of sharing his delicious food and uplifting attitude. For years, he has spent every sunny Sunday afternoon serving his famous jerk chicken and Blow Wow sauce for free during his community grill-outs at Farwell Beach in the Rogers Park neighborhood of Chicago. Now, he is the founder and Head Chef of Blow Wow Jamaican Cuisine, using his small business to provide for his two sons and spread love throughout the community.
